You are cordially invited to a screening of The Hong Konger: Jimmy Lai’s Extraordinary Struggle for Freedom, co-hosted by the Committee for Freedom in Hong Kong (CFHK) Foundation, Hong Kong Watch, and Belmont Abbey College.
Jimmy Lai — Hong Kong publisher, writer, pro-democracy campaigner, and political prisoner — is currently on trial and faces a possible life sentence. Join us for pizza and drinks, and a brief discussion followed by a screening of the award-winning documentary.
