David Green

David Green is the Head of Communications at the Committee for Freedom in Hong Kong (CFHK) Foundation where he leads media engagement and communications strategy. Prior to joining CFHK Foundation, David was the Communications Officer at Doublethink Lab, a Taiwan-based civil society organisation dedicated to researching digital influence operations, focusing on the People’s Republic of China’s targeting of Taiwan’s elections, delivery of the China Index, and coordination of the China in the World network. While in Taiwan, he served as International Editor of The News Lens and as Senior Communications Strategist at the brand consultancy DDG. As a Beijing-based correspondent, David’s reporting from China, Hong Kong and elsewhere in Asia has appeared in multiple international titles. He holds a BA in English Studies from Nottingham University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Newspaper Journalism from City University.
